Professional Background
I’m a graduate student studying analytics at Boston University with a background in cognitive science and computer science. My experience spans data analytics, business intelligence, product strategy, UX research, machine learning, and AI, with a focus on using data and technology to solve practical business problems.
In my current role at Bosch Home Comfort, I work with sales, training, and technical support data using Excel and SQL, support recurring Power BI reporting, and build Microsoft Copilot Agents to improve access to product and technical information. Previously, at Immergo Labs, I worked on product strategy and UX research for a virtual reality telehealth platform, where I led stakeholder research and contributed to feature prioritization, user experience, B2B strategy, and subscription pricing.
Alongside my professional experience, I’ve worked on projects involving market analytics, machine learning, and AI engineering. My work has included applying regression, KNN, decision trees, NLP, and clustering to Airbnb market data, as well as developing a retrieval-augmented generation system using Python, embeddings, vector search, language models, and FastAPI. I’m especially interested in opportunities where I can combine analytics, technology, and business strategy to turn complex information into useful insights and solutions.
